Any use of this website or its contents, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without TASCONY’S permission. By reading these terms and conditions and purchasing from TASCONY you thereby agree to the guidelines below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you are not legally obliged to use or access this website. We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions at any time.
Orders can be placed online. By placing an order you agree that your address, name and card details are your own. TASCONY has the right to refuse or cancel any order by our own discretion as well as the right to ask for proof of identity when required. While ordering you hereby authorise us to perform credit checks, validate your identity and agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.
You can amend your order right up until you click submit your order on the payment page. You are unable to amend your order after this has gone through, in such scenario you can contact us at email@example.com to discuss the required changes.
All products are subject to the availability. We will contact you as soon as possible if an item purchased is currently unavailable and will offer you the choice of waiting, cancelling or changing your order.
Currently, we deliver to the Australia only and soon will start selling outside Australia. Our shipping within Australia is free, however when this option of “free shipping” in no more available you can see the shipping charges next to the product price . Standard dispatch time frames are between 2-3 business days, in case of public holiday or sales season it may vary, but you will be informed about this. Read more about our shipping and delivery options and costs. You will receive an email once your item has been shipped with information on how to track your parcel (if this option is provided by the courier or you have opted the option of tracking). Please note after you receive this email you are not able to change your delivery address. We use a “signature on delivery” service and therefore you are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods. Delivery can take place at any time from 9 am-6 pm. It is up to the courier as to when they will deliver your goods, therefore we cannot guarantee a specific time as to when you will receive your parcel. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address within this time period or leave precise, detailed instructions when placing an order.
Occasionally your goods may be subject to delay. As some things are out of our control such as adverse weather, customs and strikes, we therefore do not take responsibility for such delays, however we make it our duty to contact you as soon as we are made aware of this. All our products are handmade in Pakistan. This means when an item is out of stock it can take up to 28 days to be made and delivered to us. We do our very best to keep in contact with our factory in Pakistan and will get in touch with you as soon as possible to advise when you can expect your goods.
All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and checkout pages. Most countries have tax included in the price; if not, the tax will be shown on the checkout page before purchase.
When purchasing from TASCONY your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 256-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. We do not share any of your card details or personal information with any third parties. Your card details are processed through a secure system which means we do not store them on our website and cannot access them personally. It is your responsibility for keeping your password and account details confidential and secure. TASCONY cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise through fault of your own to protect your account details. We have made every effort to ensure all our colours are displayed as accurately as possible, however as our products are natural the colours in the leather may vary slightly depending on the batch. We cannot guarantee the colour of the product is exactly as shown on the website, just as we cannot match items that are not from the same batch of leather. However, if you want your items to go with a previously bought item we will try our best to get as close as a match as possible. As computer monitors vary, we also cannot guarantee your monitor will display the colour in the right tone as intended by us.
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. If you change your mind , please contact us at email@example.com and we would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 30 days of delivery. There are a few things to note: the return shipping cost isn’t covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment. All items must be returned in original condition with all tags and in the original TASCONY’s packaging. Personalized items can’t be changed in case of change of mind.
We cannot be held responsible to any damage the item may occur due to insufficient packaging, and we are also not liable for any damage to the item from tears, abrasions or general misuse when in your hands. In these cases, we will not be able to issue a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability, in case of non-availability you will be notified via email, in such case either we can back order or give you refund.
Our products are covered by a 3 year warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Try not to over stuff the product you have bought from us or put things in there that don’t belong. If you do put more things in there than recommended, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn’t apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, water damage or normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased through our website or one of our authorized resellers, and you must provide proof of purchase. The TASCONY warranty sits alongside applicable consumer protection law.
