Our products are covered by one year warranty when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended; this period of warranty will start from the day you receive the items. Try not to overstuff your TASCONY or put things in there that don’t belong. If you do put more things in there than recommended, it may cause some delicate items to stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn’t apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, water damage or normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.

In order to make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase.
